1.1 Who we are These terms apply to every order placed at [WEBSITE URL] (the "Store"). The Store is operated by:

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not order.

1.2 Products We sell synthetic braiding hair and hair extensions, including curated collections from Darling, Lush Hair, and Angels. We try to show colors as accurately as we can, but screens vary, so a color may look slightly different in real life. Color names on the Store (eg, #1/350, Latte, Sunset) are descriptive; the color code shown in the product details is the reference.

1.3 Prices All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price you saw when you ordered is the price you pay. If a price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

1.4 Orders and contract Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example, if an item is out of stock, a price is wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you will be refunded in full.

1.5 Payment Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods shown there (including iDEAL and major credit/debit cards), securely handled by Shopify Payments and our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

1.6 Delivery Delivery details are covered in our Shipping Policy.

1.7 Right of withdrawal and returns You have the right to change your mind within 14 days. Details, including the strict hygiene exceptions for opened hair products, are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

1.8 Legal guarantee and complaints All products come with the legal guarantee that they match what was described and are fit for normal use. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us within a reasonable time after you notice it, and we will replace or refund it as the law requires. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in these terms. To make a complaint, email paprikacurated@gmail.com. We aim to reply within 2 working days and to resolve the complaint within 14 days.

1.9 Use of hair products Hair products are used at your own care. We recommend a patch test if you have sensitive skin or a known allergy to synthetic fibers, stopping use if irritation occurs, and keeping synthetic hair away from open flames and high heat unless the product explicitly says it is heat-safe. Follow the guidance on the packaging and in the product descriptions.

1.10 Intellectual property All text, images, and branding (including the PaprikaCurated logo) on the Store belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

1.11 Liability Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence and your statutory consumer rights. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (eg, carrier delays or force majeure).

1.12 Applicable law Dutch law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of your own country.
