2. Shipping Policy

2.1 Where we ship We currently ship within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us.

2.2 Processing time Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 working days of payment (Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays).

2.3 Delivery times and costs Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Unless we agreed otherwise, we deliver within 30 days of your order.

  • The Netherlands: 1–3 working days via [PostNL / DHL] – [EUR 4.00]

  • [Belgium/Germany]: 2–4 working days via [CARRIER] – [EUR 8.00]

  • Other EU: 3–7 working days via [CARRIER] – [EUR 8.00]

2.4 Tracking You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

2.5 Delivery problems

  • Wrong address: Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will apply.

  • Lost parcel: If your parcel has not arrived 7 working days after the estimated date, email us and we will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.

  • Damaged parcel: Photograph the parcel and products, and email us within 48 hours of delivery.
